The JASA SLEEVER slides pre-folded and pre-glued printed sleeves around moulded trays. Two or three-sided closed sleeves can be placed in different positions around oval, round, square and oblong trays. The JASA SLEEVER provides fruit, vegetable and fresh meal packagers with a versatile solution for fast, hygienic and space-efficient sleeving for a wide variety of trays. Everything from lunch salads, fish, meat, or meat substitute products packed in plastic trays, to ready-made meals in aluminium oven trays.
The SLEEVER is available in two compact designs. Thanks to its modest dimensions and conveyor belt feature the PGS-25 SLEEVER and the PGS-50 SLEEVER is easily incorporated into existing production lines. |
